• AI-Powered Authoring – AI now helps accelerate content creation with a new question bank for quiz generation, automatic PDF-to-video conversion with AI-generated segmentation and editable transcripts, and AI-generated thumbnails for consistent asset presentation.

• Enhanced LMS Experience – Learner profiles now consolidate training history and certifications in one place. The updated LMS also integrates with the redesigned Broadcasts module to keep learners informed through both In-App and Email notifications.

Enhancements 

• Every asset change is now saved as a version, allowing authors to track revisions and restore previous versions when needed.
• Reusable body template blocks can now be added to documents for faster, more consistent document creation.
• Existing PDFs can now be uploaded as consumable assets or combined with related microlearning assets to reduce duplicate content.
• Asset archival now displays dependency information, including assignments, referenced assets, and learner bookmarks, before an asset is archived.
• Quiz attempts now use AI-generated question banks, allowing different questions to be presented on each attempt while maintaining configurable question counts.
• Annotations are now retained when navigating between the editing and segmentation screens.
• Download permissions can now be configured at the individual asset level.
• Assets can now be added to another Space without recreating them.

• AI-Enhanced Video Creation – Creating training videos is now significantly faster with AI automating key steps in the process. Jeeves enhances recordings from the Native Recorder by automatically segmenting into parts, removing pauses, improving audio quality, creating the script, identifying key interactions + adding annotations, and generating polished videos. This enables training teams to convert raw recordings into polished learning assets with minimal manual effort.
• Jeeves Spotlight – Introducing a native, in-workflow learning experience for instant access to training content. A floating Jeeves icon remains accessible on the learner’s screen, allowing users to open the learner interface without leaving their workflow. Learners can quickly access assignments, search for content, view notifications, and get help when needed. This feature requires planning and implementation; please connect with your account team to enable it.
• JeevesGPT Integrated with Search – JeevesGPT is now embedded within the search experience, combining conversational AI with traditional search in a single workflow. Learners can use the same search bar to ask questions and receive both a direct AI-generated answer with annotated screenshots and relevant training assets such as videos, tip sheets, and documents. This unified experience enables faster understanding and immediate access to supporting materials. This feature can be enabled or disabled at the organizational level.

Enhancements 

• Training teams can now define passing score criteria for quizzes, while learners and trainers gain access to more detailed quiz results for improved performance visibility and review.
• Authors can now embed references to other training assets directly within content. Referenced assets appear contextually during video playback and are accessible via a dedicated References tab in tip sheets, enabling seamless exploration of related material.
• New analytics views provide deeper insights into content and assessment performance. Asset Profiles show how individual assets are discovered and consumed, while Quiz Profiles offer detailed breakdowns of attempts and outcomes.
• Interactive in-product tours now guide users through key updates with step-by-step walkthroughs embedded within the interface, helping trainers and administrators quickly understand new features without additional documentation.

• Jeeves GPT (Beta) – Introducing an AI-powered chat experience that answers learner questions using your organization’s own training content. The chat surfaces relevant tip sheets and videos directly within the conversation for quick reference. Available as a Beta release for trainers and admins, with ongoing improvements based on feedback.
• Documents as Assets – Authors can now create, upload, and edit documents directly within Jeeves using a built-in editor. Updates are applied instantly without switching tools or re-uploading files, simplifying document creation and management.
• Tip Sheet Template Creator – A new way to build reusable tip sheet templates with zero design effort, enabling faster and more consistent content creation across teams.

Key Updates 

• Flexible, Reusable Assignments – Assignments can now be reused for recurring needs like onboarding and compliance. Published assignments can now be edited anytime to add, replace, or remove assets. Assign to different sets of learners in batches, each with its own due date, and reassign based on completion status. You can also add or remove users from existing batches as needed.
• Smarter Asset Management – Managing unpublished assets is now more structured and collaborative. Authors can classify assets using customizable authoring stages such as Draft, Under Review, or organization-defined labels. Reviewers can be assigned directly from the Asset Management screen. Real-time processing status is now visible without manual refresh, and each asset includes a detailed activity log for improved tracking.
• Discoverable and Trackable Courses – Courses can now be searched and shared more easily. You can also monitor engagement and completion through analytics.

Enhancements 

• Create user lists using rule-based criteria, no manual member management required. Lists automatically update based on defined rules; simply refresh to view the latest members.
• Organization-level setting added to require expiration dates for assets. When enabled, assets nearing expiry will be tagged as “Expiring Soon” in the Published Assets view to support proactive updates.
• Related asset suggestions shown beneath learner-facing asset previews can now be toggled at the org level, allowing greater control over content recommendations.
• New assignment settings allow admins to restrict video fast-forwarding and set a minimum watch percentage for completion.
• Updated asset preview layout with a cleaner, distraction-free design.

Key Updates 

• Automated Screenshots for Tip Sheets - Jeeves' AI captures screenshots automatically when converting videos into tip sheets, minimizing manual effort. Tip sheets can also be created directly from "Assets" without entering the authoring flow.
• AI Filler Word Removal - Eliminate "uhs" and "ums" from your audio. Jeeves' AI intelligently detects and helps you remove filler words for cleaner, more professional recordings.
• Enhanced Image Editor - Experience faster editing with AI annotation suggestions, along with manual options to crop, redact, and add shapes, text, arrows, emojis, draw and even create a path.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where clicking markers in the video timeline during buffering caused an "Uncaught TypeError". The fix ensures the media element’s ready state is checked before setting the currentTime property.
• Resolved an issue where Employee IDs were missing in certain cases when creating a broadcast.
• Back button behavior in Asset Preview now correctly returns to the previous page for all sources, except Shared and Broadcast views.

• New Due Date Metadata for Courses - Added a Due Date field to course metadata to help better track course timelines and completion.
• Course Notifications - Introduced automated notifications for course-related events like notification upon learner enrollment, reminder for course completion before the due date, and notification when the course due date has passed.

• LMS Course Completion Tracking - A new report for tracking course completion by learners has been introduced. 
• Chatbot Streaming Response Support - Chatbot responses are now streamed in real-time as they are generated, improving response time for larger documents compared to the previous single-response model.
• Video Player Upgrade - Upgraded the video player, supporting enhanced video playback capabilities and enabling playback for longer videos (1 hour & more).

Bug Fixes 

• Fixed an issue where image thumbnails were appearing pixelated, improving visual quality and clarity.
• Resolved a bug in asset published notifications where updates to user details were causing inaccurate or delayed notifications.

Enhancements 

• Added a new blur feature in the Tip Sheet image editor for better control over image manipulation, enhancing the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).
