What is Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS)?

It refers to an incentive program to improve the quality of health care provided. Eligible Professionals are rewarded for reporting according to the set quality standards for the provision of professional services covered by the Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) to Medicare Part B Fee-for-Service (FFS) beneficiaries.
