What is Meaningful Use Attestation?

Meaningful use attestation is the process of demonstrating that an organization is meeting the requirements for meaningful use of Electronic Health Records (EHRs). This includes using EHRs to improve patient care, safety, and outcomes. To be attested for meaningful use, an organization must submit data to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) showing that they meet certain criteria.
