What is ICD-10?
ICD 10 is the tenth edition of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD), a medical classification system used by healthcare providers to classify diagnoses and reasons for patient visits. The ICD 10 code set is maintained by the World Health Organization (WHO) and is used in over 150 countries around the world.
