Also known as Health Information Systems, this makes use of information technology to organise and analyse health records to improve healthcare outcomes. It is the study and implementation of resources management techniques within the healthcare field. In other words, health informatics utilises modern methods of data, analysis, and transmission to improve every part of the healthcare system.
