What is American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA)?
The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was signed in February 2009. It was passed with the motive of recovering the U.S. economy post the Grear Depression of 2008. The HITECH Act, which provides incentives to help the healthcare industry with Health Information Technology (HIT) adoption, is a part of ARRA.
