About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable backend systems and a strong product mindset, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and manage microservices-based architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience working with microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or product-based company.
- Good understanding of system design and scalability concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
