You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, service delivery as well as customer teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from problem discovery to final execution and iteration.
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems, shape product strategy, and deliver impactful user experiences.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
  • Drive and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across products by contributing to and evolving design systems and UX standards.
  • Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and timelines.
  • Mentor and provide design feedback to junior designers; raise the overall design bar of the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design (preferably desktop applications), UX design, or a related role, with ownership of complex, real-world products.
  • Strong proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.
  • Experience designing for scalable systems, complex workflows, or B2B products.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality products.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, design process, and shipped work.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
  • Experience designing healthcare, fintech, or other regulated/complex domains.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and design-to-development workflows.
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems.
  • Exposure to data-driven design, analytics, or experimentation frameworks.
