We’re looking for an experienced and seasoned Recruiters who will be an integral part of our success story delivering class-leading staff augmentation services to our customers spread across the USA. Role Objectives

The Senior Recruiter will work on a variety of different open positions at any time. The role will focus on defining business needs, finding the most suitable fitment between customer and consultant (candidate), and ensuring quality that aids the organization and our clients in achieving their strategic information management goals.

Key responsibilities for this profile will include:
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, our ATS and internet to fill open job orders
  • Follow systematically the recruiting workflows and processes as identified by your team lead or recruiting manager
  • Working closely with peers and management at the corporate headquarters in the US
  • Document all notes, tasks, reminders in our ATS
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Understanding job requisitions by interacting with sales/account managers and recruiting managers
  • Conducting detailed Boolean searches on job-boards like Dice and Monster. Conduct searches on LinkedIn
  • Ability to spend the significant part of the workday making phone calls and having conversations with prospective candidates, leaving voicemails
  • Use a combination of phone and email for candidate outreach
  • Shortlisting/matching candidate profiles according to job specifications and verifying references
  • Conducting candidate interviews, negotiating salary/bill rates and other onboarding requirements
  • Negotiating employment terms/conditions, tax terms wherever applicable
  • Identifying candidate red flags in advance and taking countermeasures and informing management
  • Job posting on job-boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn etc

  • Have exceptional communication skills with fluent English speaking and writing capabilities
  • A very strong ability to manage a variety of recruiting areas ranging from development, infrastructure to digital roles
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion, tact, judgment, and poise and must have a solid aptitude for maintaining highly confidential information
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to see patterns; bring a structured and logical approach to decision making and manage the execution
  • Strong-willed, decisive, fast learner, and able to effect changes fast
