You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, service delivery as well as customer teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Become the go-to subject matter expert (SME) on our product’s buyer personas, value propositions, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and own the core product positioning and messaging that serves as the foundation for all marketing and sales efforts.
  • Develop and own marketing assets that tell our product story, including case studies, one-pagers, website copy, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and execute communications for new releases, from writing video scripts and release notes to creating feature update emails and internal training materials.
  • Develop compelling content and messaging that fuels our lead generation engine and top-of-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Build sales enablement collateral such as pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, and product positioning guides.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, Healthcare IT experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional B2B writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing assets like articles, case studies, sales decks, and website copy.
  • AI-native mindset with the ability to use AI tools for productivity, research, and marketing execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, design, sales & customer success across India and the US time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, including proofreading, copy editing, and design consistency.
  • Eagerness to continually learn the latest platforms, tools, and marketing solutions to enhance workflow.
  • Demonstrates a hands-on approach to execution and a commitment to continuously learning and testing new growth channels
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Analytics, and Performance Marketing is a plus.
